Personal Practice is a library. An archive. A place where the personal belongs. Where “it’s not personal, it’s just personal” becomes both the undercurrent and the affirmation. With over a decade of teaching experience, I blend the landscape of yoga with intentional elements from other modalities. Each class is deeply considered. The why matters.
There is strength laced with sweetness. Rawness alongside the real. And usually, a theme, though very rarely one about escaping your life.
I believe practice of any sort is inherently personal. Deeply so. Because of that, classes are ever-changing — because I am, too, alongside you. These classes are for the creatives, the rule-breakers, the steady practitioners, the curious, the weirdos — the ones who want it different each time. The ones who look out at the world with a well of empathy.
Your life belongs on the mat.
The world belongs on the mat.
Practice is personal.
And being with the personal takes practice.
After all, it’s all personal.
